The House That Bill Built
In 1995 Marie & Bill bought a five room shack with no heat, no plumbing or sewer and only one 15 amp circuit with four lights and two outlets. By 2006 we had tripled it in size and redone every single thing in the existing house. It now has 4 bedrooms, an office, 4 baths, ceramic tile and inlaid hardwood
floors, nearly

porch, dual zone heat & a/c on double city lot (approx
2/3 acre). Bill did all of the work himself with occasional helpers and four days of framing help by a local contractor when adding the 2nd floor addition in 1997.
